We stand behind the quality of every gift we create. Because we aim to offer exceptional value at an affordable cost, we’re not able to cover free remakes for customer input errors—doing so would force us to increase prices for everyone. We do, however, review unexpected situations compassionately on a case-by-case basis.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 10 days of delivery, and we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
